WE SUPPORT PEOPLE AGE 60 AND OLDER PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN THEIR EFFORTS TO REMAIN ACTIVE HEALTHY, FINANCIALLY SECURE, AND IN CONTROL OF THEIR OWN LIVES. THE AGENCY CONNECTS PEOPLE AND THE SERVICES THEY THEY NEED TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.

INDIVIDUAL ADVOCACY PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, AS WELL AS CONTRACTS FOR LEGAL CONSULATION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR OLDER VERMONTERS.
INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDES FUNDING FOR OVERSIGHT TO PROVIDERS OF HOME-DELIVERED MEALS, CONGREGATE MEALS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO 2000 ELDERS.
CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROIVDE ONGOING SUPPORT FOR CAREGIVERS THRU RESPITE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AIMED AT THE UNDERSTANDING THAT WITHOUT SUPPORT TO CAREGIVERS THOSE INFLICED WITH CONGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS ARE OFTEN PLACED IN INSTITUTIONS.
