FRIENDS OF MIDDLEBURY HOCKEY, INC. WAS FORMED TO BUILD A HOCKEY FACILITY AND TO MAKE HOCKEY AFFORDABLE. THE PROGRAM SUPPORTS APPROXIMATELY 300 YOUTHS IN THE GREATER MIDDLEBURY, VT AREA. IN LATE 2007, FOMH, INC. EMBARKED ON A CAPITAL CAMPAIGN TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE RINK FACILITY SO THAT THERE WOULD BE FOUR INDOOR LOCKER-ROOMS WITH BATHROOM & SHOWER FACILITIES. THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED DURING 2008. THE SECOND PHASE OF THE EXPANSION FOR HEATED VIEWING & CONCESSIONS AREA & MEETING AREA WAS COMPLETED IN 2020.
