COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES, INCLUDING CHILDREN'S INTEGRATED SERVICES (CIS), FAMILY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (FSH), FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (FAP), RESOURCE AND REFERRAL, CHILD AND ADULT NUTRITION PROGRAM, AND THE EARLY LEARNING EXPRESS (ELE), SERVES OVER 600 CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. CIS IS COMPOSED OF EARLY INTERVENTION, FAMILY SUPPORT, AND NURSING, AND PROVIDES SPECIALIZED EARLY INTERVENTION FOR CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS BIRTH TO 3, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND PRE-NATAL/POST-PARTUM NURSING SUCH AS BREAST- FEEDING SUPPORT. FSH SUPPORTS FAMILIES WHO ARE HOMELESS AND HAVE CHILDREN BIRTH TO 6 TO FIND AND MAINTAIN STABLE HOUSING, FAP HELPS FAMILIES ACCESS SUBSIDY FOR CHILD CARE, RESOURCE AND REFERRAL PROVIDES FAMILIES WITH INFORMATION ABOUT CHILD CARE PROGRAMS, THE NUTRITION PROGRAM PROVIDES SUBSIDES TO CHILD CARE PROVIDERS FOR HEALTHY SNACKS, AND THE ELE OFFERS A MOBILE LIBRARY AND CURRICULUM RESOURCES TO EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS.
