SPONSORS AND OPERATES AUTOCAP, A CONSUMER COMPLAINT MEDIATION PROGRAM FOR MEMBER CUSTOMERS.


ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE PROGRAM - ASSIST MEMBERS WITH TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION TO COMPLY WITH ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS. ON-SITE EMPLOYEE SAFETY TRAINING PROGRAM COVERING INDUSTRY-RELATED VOSHA AND DOL REQUIREMENTS.


EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES - PROGRAM TO INFORM AND EDUCATE CONSUMERS IN THE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES OF MEMBERS, AND TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES.WORK WITH SECONDARY AND POST-SECONDARY TECH SCHOOL INSTRUCTORS ON CONTINUING EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINING INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
