IN FEBRUARY 2021, AFTER THE STATE OF WASHINGTON MODIFIED ITS INITIAL COVID RESPONSE MANDATE WHICH SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED THE OPERATION OF MUSEUMS, THE GREATER LEAVENWORTH MUSEUM WAS ALLOWED TO OPEN. BY THE END OF 2021,THE MUSEUM HAD MORE THAN 6,200 VISITORS AND $23,445 ADMISSION REVENUES PLUS $3,516 IN MUSEUM STORE SALES. THESE THREE ACCOMPLISHMENTS SHATTERED PREVIOUS HIGH ANNUAL NUMBERS BY MORE THAN 300% IN EACH CATEGORY.
