WE EDUCATE AND ENGAGE ACROSS OUR AUDIENCE OF EDUCATORS, YOUTH, AND COMMUNITIES. OUR PROGRAMS EXTEND FROM CITY-LEVEL YOUTH CAMPAIGNS TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS, TO MENTORSHIP OF REGIONAL PARKS, TO ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL MULTI-SECTOR DELEGATIONS TO THE U.N. CLIMATE CONFERENCE. AS WE NAVIGATED THE COVID PANDEMIC AND RACIAL UNREST THIS YEAR, WE SAW TREMENDOUS INCREASE IN INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAMS, LIKELY ATTRIBUTABLE TO VIRTUAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED RESPONSE. WE HAVE INTENTIONALLY DIVERSIFIED OUR STAFF AND BOARD, AND WE ARE ADDRESSING OUR HIRING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TO MEET A DIVERSE WORKFORCE WITH OUR NEW ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EQUITY MANAGER.
