HOME OWNERSHIP - OFFERING A PANOPLY OF EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES UNDERSTAND CRITICAL COMPONENTS OF HOMEOWNERSHIP, INCLUDING ITS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF A HOME, AND THE PROCESS AND ELEMENTS OF PURCHASING A HOME, INCLUDING CONSIDERATION OF WHETHER HOME PURCHASE IS A PRUDENT CHOICE AT THIS TIME. NEIGHBORWORKS IS A HUD-APPROVED COUNSELING AGENCY WITH HUD LICENSED COUNSELORS ON STAFF. IN ADDITION, NEIGHBORWORKS IS AUTHORIZED AS A MORTGAGE LENDER TO PROVIDE LENDING PRODUCTS TO INCOME-QUALIFIED CLIENTS.
