LAND CONSERVATION: WE WORK WITH LOCAL CONSERVATION COMMISSIONS, VOLUNTEERS AND PARTNERS TO IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE LAND CONSERVATION OPPORTUNITIES. OUR CONSERVATION TRANSACTIONS INCLUDE DONATED CONSERVATION AGREEMENTS AND PURCHASES, LAND RECEIVED THROUGH BEQUESTS OR BOUGHT OUTRIGHT. WE PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CONSERVATION SOLUTIONS FOR LANDOWNERS. WE HOLD PERMANENT RESTRICTIONS (CONSERVATION EASEMENTS OR FEE TITLE) TO CONSERVE KEY PROPERTIES FOREVER.
CONSERVATION EASEMENT AND LAND STEWARDSHIP: WE UPHOLD CONSERVATION PROTECTIONS ON PERMANENTLY-CONSERVED PARCELS OF LAND. WE PROTECT THE CONSERVATION INTERESTS ENTRUSTED TO US THROUGH STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LANDOWNERS AND REGULAR INSPECTIONS OF ALL PROTECTED LANDS. WE ENGAGE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SUPPORT AND BUILD PARTNERSHIPS TO CARRY OUT CONSERVATION TRANSACTIONS. WE ENCOURAGE CIVIC PARTICIPATION IN CONSERVATION STRATEGIES AND PRIORITIES.
