DISABIITY RIGHTS CENTER-NH (DRCNH) IS THE DESIGNATED PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY AGENCY OF THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE AND IS AUTHORIZED BY FEDERAL STATUTE TO PURSUE LEGAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND OTHER APPROPRIATE REMEDIES ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THE DRC ADVOCATES FOR LEGAL RIGHTS IN SUCH AREAS AS MENTAL HEALTH, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY, BRAIN INJURY SERVICES, MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION, SPECIAL EDUCATION, ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY, AND ACCESS TO VOTING AND OTHER FUNDAMENTAL CIVIL RIGHTS.
