IT SERVES AS AN INFORMATIONAL RESOURCE FOR EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, AND REFERENTIAL USE AS WELL AS AIDS IN THE PRESERVATION AND TRANSMISSION OF THE AREA'S KNOWLEDGE, HISTORY, AND CULTURE.
