MISSION FOCUSED HOUSING OFFERS AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS. COST EFFECTIVE, LOW BARRIER, QUALITY HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN A COMMUNITY WHERE AFFORDABILITY IS BECOMING MORE SCARCE. SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ASSISTS PERSONS WHO ARE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES AND HAVE EXPERIENCED LONG-TERM HOMELESSNESS, WITH THE HOUSING, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE COORDINATION THEY NEED TO REMAIN IN SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND OUT OF MORE COSTLY SYSTEMS OF CARE, SUCH AS HEALTH CARE AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEMS. EMERGENCY SHELTER IS A 70-BED, LOW-BARRIER EMERGENCY SHELTER SERVING WOMEN AND MEN 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. FROM DECEMBER 1ST TO APRIL 15TH, HUMILITY HOMES AND SERVICES OPERATES THE WINTER OVERFLOW SHELTER, PROVIDING A WARM SPACE AND SERVICES FOR PERSONS NOT ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE YEAR ROUND SHELTERS IN THE QUAD CITIES.
