THESE PROGRAMS TEACH CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES THAT OPTIMIZE ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES AS WELL AS MINIMIZE THE RISK OF MOISTURE AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY PROBLEMS IN NEW AND EXISTING HOMES.
