WORKED COOPERATIVELY WITH INDUSTRY, AGRICULTURE INTERESTS, GOVERNMENT AND SPORTING CONSERVATION GROUPS WITH OBJECTIVES CONSISTENT WITH THOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION TO ARRIVE AT WORKABLE LOGICAL SOLUTIONS RELATED TO GUIDING OUTDOOR RECREATION AND THE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES
