STUDIES SHOW YOUTH WITH MENTORS HAVE LOWER LEVELS OF STRESS AND DEPRESSION, BETTER RELATIONSHIPS WITH PEERS, DO BETTER IN SCHOOL, AND EXHIBIT FEWER RISKY BEHAVIORS.
