THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO PROMOTE, ENSURE, AND IMPROVE WORKERS' RIGHTS IN THE WORKPLACE BY SUPPORTING WORKERS SEEKING TO ORGANIZE, SUPPORTING UNIONS IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, EDUCATING UNION MEMBERS AND WORKING CLASS PEOPLE ON LABOR ISSUES AND ADVOCATING FOR PRO-WORKER POLICIES AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT.
THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS WORKERS TO IMPROVE WORKING CONDITIONS AND TO STRENGTHEN THEIR ECONOMIC SECURITY. WE SUPPORT AFFILIATES IN THEIR CONTRACT, ISSUE AND LEGISLATIVE CAMPAIGNS.
