TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PRESENT OR FORMER PSYCHIATRICALLY DISABLED PERSONS REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES, SUPPORT GROUPS AND OTHER RESOURCES, AND TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDING OF LOCAL PEER SUPPORT GROUPS.
