IN 2021, COME ALIVE OUTSIDE DIRECTLY IMPACTED 23,282 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH ITS CORE PROGRAMS.15,150 ELEMENTARY STUDENTS WERE REACHED THROUGH THE SUMMER AND WINTER PASSPORTS IN VERMONT, WEST VIRGINIA, MASSACHUSETTS, AND ONTARIO WITH 84% OF PARTICIPANT FAMILIES REPORTING THAT THEIR CHILDREN WERE MORE EXCITED ABOUT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY BECAUSE OF THE PROGRAM.2,036 ADULTS WERE REACHED THROUGH THE NEW WINTER WELLNESS PROGRAM WITH 98% REPORTING BOTH AN INCREASE IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND MENTAL WELL-BEING.6,083 INDIVIDUALS WERE REACHED THROUGH THE MILE-A-DAY CHALLENGE WITH 96% REPORTING THAT THEY WERE MORE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AND 96% OF PARTICIPANTS REPORTING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THEIR MENTAL WELL-BEING BECAUSE OF THE PROGRAM.13 INDIVIDUALS WERE REACHED THROUGH THE PARKRX PROGRAM WITH 82% OF PARTICIPANTS REPORTING INCREASED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND 93% REPORTING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THEIR MENTAL WELL BEING DUE TO THE PROGRAM.
