THROUGH EDUCATION, POLICY AND ATHLETE ACTIVISM INITIATIVES, THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO END THE STRUCTURAL AND SYSTEMIC OPPRESSION THAT ISOLATES, EXCLUDES AND ENDANGERS LGBTQ PEOPLE IN SPORT, AND WORKS TO MOBILIZE ATHLETES AND FANS TO CHAMPION LGBTQ EQUALITY IN AND THROUGH SPORT.
