THE MAJORITY OF WHICH EXPAND 9-10 MONTHS OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION. PARTICIPANTS LEARN LEADERSHIP SKILLS, TACKLE TOUGH ISSUES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND BECOME BETTER PREPARED TO ENHANCE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES.
