SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACT AS THE SPONSOR OF A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL (PREP PUBLIC SCHOOLS) CREATED PURSUANT TO THE TENNESSEE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL ACT OF 2002.

PROVIDING QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS, BOOKS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN APPRENTICE AND JOURNEYMAN TRAINING PROGRAMS, FOR THE EDUCATION AND REFRESHER TRAINING OF JOURNEY PERSONS IN THE CARPENTER AND MILLWRIGHT TRADES.
