SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACT AS THE SPONSOR OF A PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL (PREP PUBLIC SCHOOLS) CREATED PURSUANT TO THE TENNESSEE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL ACT OF 2002.
