THE HUNTER MUSEUM OF AMERICAN ART COLLECTS, PRESERVES, AND PRESENTS AMERICAN ART AND CONNECTS THE COMMUNITY THROUGH INSPIRING EDUCATIONAL AND VISITOR FOCUSED EXPERIENCES FOR ALL.

MISSION:

STATE CHARTERED CREDIT UNION MUTUALLY OWNED BY OUR 2,596 MEMBERS TO PROMOTE THRIFT, ISSUE SHARES AND MAINTAIN ACCOUNTS, AND MAKE LOANS TO OUR MEMBERS. FUNDS NOT NEEDED FOR LIQUIDITY OR FOR LOANS ARE TEMPORARILY INVESTED.

TO PROVIDE CHRISTIAN EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN IN THE CHATTANOOGA, TN AREA.

REPRESENT MEMBER INTERESTS, PROMOTE EFFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR EMPLOYEES

THE ORGANIZATION IS A REGIONAL BLOOD BANK. IT DRAWS BLOOD FROM AN ALL VOLUNTEER DONOR BASE AND PROVIDES THE BLOOD AND BLOOD PRODUCTS TO THE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES IT SERVES.

SEE SCH OTHE PURPOSE OF THE BOTA FOUNDATION IS TO ACCUMULATE FUNDS AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CARRY OUT THE PRESENT AND FUTURE PURPOSES FOR WHICH ORANGE GROVE WAS ESTABLISHED, ASSIST ORANGE GROVE CENTER OR ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE AGENCIES HAVING A LIKE PURPOSES OR OBJECTIVES, PROVIDED THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES MUST BE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF OR TO CARRY OUT THE PRESENT OR FUTURE PURPOSES OF ORANGE GROVE CENTER.

TO OWN AND OPERATE PHYSICIAN CLINICS AND ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF HEALTH SERVICES BY PHYSICIANS.

This code is used exclusively for organizations exempt from federal taxes under 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code.

THE RIVERCITY COMPANY'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE CHATTANOOGA CITY AND HAMILTON COUNTY GOVERNMENTS BY PROMOTING AND MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A VIBRANT, ATTRACTIVE AND HEALTHY DOWNTOWN THAT IS THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL CENTERPIECE OF THE CHATTANOOGA REGION. THE RIVERCITY COMPANY ACCOMPLISHES THIS BY OVERSEEING DEVELOPMENT OF DOWNTOWN REAL ESTATE, MAKING AND PROGRAMMING GREAT URBAN SPACES, AND EMPLOYING CREATIVE URBAN DESIGN. ITS PRIMARY STRATEGIC AREAS FOR PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES ARE: (I)CONTINUING THE ONE RIVERFRONT PLAN IN THE RIVERFRONT DISTRICT, (II)REINVIGORATING THE HISTORIC COMMERCIAL CORE IN THE CITY CENTER DISTRICT, AND (III)BRINGING MORE RESIDENTS TO ALL AREAS OF DOWNTOWN THROUGH CATALYZING A FULL RANGE OF DOWNTOWN HOUSING.
