IT FUNDS THE LIBRARY NEWSLETTER AND PARTIALLY UNDERWRITES THE HOPKINTON READS PROGRAM. INCOME FROM THE FOUNDATION'S INVESTMENTS ARE USED TO PROVIDE THESE BENEFITS TO THE LIBRARY BEYOND THE NORMAL OPERATING BUDGET.
