THE CHIEF GOAL OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS WHO LEAVE THE POLICE FORCE; PROVIDE EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID TO MEMBERS ON OCCASIONS OF UNEXPECTED, UNBUDGETABLE EXPENSES; PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

THROUGH ITS VARIOUS INITIATIVES, THE FOUNDATION FOCUSES ON PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING ART, CULTURE, HERITAGE, AND TRADITIONS. IT PLACES A STRONG EMPHASIS ON FOSTERING LEADERSHIP SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND OVERALL ECONOMIC GROWTH WITHIN THESE COMMUNITIES.
