SEA CHANGE YOGA CURRENTLY HAS 17 TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA CLASSES A WEEK IN 15 FACILITIES THROUGHOUT CUMBERLAND YORK AND ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTIES SERVING OVER 100 STUDENTS PER WEEK.
