FOUNDED IN 1992, WE ARE COMPRISED OF INDEPENDENT VNAS THROUGHOUT MASSACHUSETTS. WE EMPLOY CLINICAL STAFF WHO ARE PLACED IN BOSTON HOSPITALS TO ASSIST CONNECTING PATIENT WITH QUALITY HOME HEALTH SERVICES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, UPON DISCHARGE. OUR MEMBERS HAVE OVER 100 YEAR ROOTS IN NEW ENGLAND ALLOW US TO EASILY IDENTIFY THE "BEST" SOLUTION FOR HOME HEALTH CARE. VNA CONSORTIUM COVERS OVER 400 CITIES AND TOWNS IN MASSACHUSETTS, RHODE ISLAND AND CONNECTICUT.

NATICK VNA IS A NON-PROFIT AGENCY ESTABLISHED IN NOVEMBER, 1914, TO PROVIDE PREMIER HOME HEALTH SERVICES IN THE METROWEST AREA OF BOSTON.
