VNA CONSORTIUM, INC. IS A COLLABORATIVE, NON- PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH A MISSION THAT USES AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO BRING BOSTON HOSPITALS AND LOCAL VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATIONS TOGETHER. FOUNDED IN 1992, WE ARE COMPRISED OF INDEPENDENT VNAS THROUGHOUT MASSACHUSETTS. WE EMPLOY CLINICAL STAFF WHO ARE PLACED IN BOSTON HOSPITALS TO ASSIST CONNECTING PATIENT WITH QUALITY HOME HEALTH SERVICES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, UPON DISCHARGE. OUR MEMBERS HAVE OVER 100 YEAR ROOTS IN NEW ENGLAND ALLOW US TO EASILY IDENTIFY THE "BEST" SOLUTION FOR HOME HEALTH CARE.
