IS A YOUTH SERVICE ORGANIZATION PROVIDING THE YOUTH OF JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA WITH AN ALTERNATIVE TO CRIME, VIOLENCE, AND DRUG ABUSE; PROVIDE A COMUNICATION LINK BETWEEN YOUTH AND POLICE OFFICERS; AND PROVIDE A FORUM FOR POLICE OFFICERS AND CITIZENS TO WORK TOGETHER TO SOLVE JUVENILE PROBLEMS.
