The goal of this organization is to operate outpatient facilities, many previously known as free clinics, established by the community rather than a hospital which provide basic medical care including physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Services are available on an ability-to-pay basis and target low-income and indigent community residents.

PROVIDE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS OR INSTITUTIONS, CONTRIBUTE TO OR ENGAGE IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, CONDUCT SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES, SUCH AS BICYCLES AND ALL THINGS RELATED THERETO

TO EXPAND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY WITHN YUMA COUNTY BY ATTRACTING COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY TO THE REGION AND BY ASSISTING IN DEVELOPING THE REGIONS EXISTING INDUSTRY TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL.

GIVING REFUGE TO NON-RELEASABLE, RESCUED WILDLIFE WHILE PROVIDING CONSERVATION THROUGH EXHIBITION AND PUBLIC EDUCATION.

TO AID AND ASSIST ARIZONA DISABLED AND NON DISABLED VETERANS, NATIONAL GUARDSMEN AND RESERVISTS WITH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS A RESULT OF UNEXPECTED EMERGENCIES THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLANNED FOR. ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN IN THE FORMS OF CASH, MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, RENT, FOOD, TRAVEL, UTILITIES, MEDICAL NEEDS, LEGAL AID, AND OTHERS DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

WE ADVANCE OUR MISSION THROUGH INNOVATIVE PUBLIC PROGRAMMING, ARTIST COMMISSIONS, INTERNATIONAL RESIDENCIES, AND CULTURAL EXCHANGES THAT REIMAGINE ARIZONA'S PLACE IN THE AMERICAS.
