TO PROVIDE A SAFE, STRUCTURED COMPETITIVE SWIMMING ENVIRONMENT THAT MEETS THE NEEDS AND EXCEEDS THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE YOUTH & ADULTS (ABLED & DISABLED) OF EASTERN CARVER COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THESE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS ARE MET THROUGH OUR ADHERENCE TO WEST'S PHILOSOPHY.

Coaching; access to skating rinks, ski slopes or other facilities; sports equipment; and officials for competitions are generally included.
