THE CEMETERY SELLS INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY LOTS OF LAND CRYPTS AND NICHES. AT THE OWNER'S OPTION, THEY MAY INSTALL THEIR OR THE CEMETERY'S MEMORIALIZATION. THE MONIES RECEIVED FOR BURIAL FEES, FOUNDATION AND MEMORIALS ARE USED TO PAY OPERATING EXPENSES AND THE EXCESS SPACE IS INVESTED TO ENSURE PERPETUAL CARE OF THE CEMETERY ONCE ALL THE LAND IS SOLD. BY ITS CHARTER THE COMPANY IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND NONE OF ITS RESERVES CAN BE DISTRIBUTED. THERE IS NO ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL THEREFORE NO DIVIDENDS CAN OR WILL EVER BE PAID.THE COMPANY HAS BEEN SERVICING THE PUBLIC'S NEEDS WITH RESPECT TO BURIAL SERVICES ON A FOR PROFIT" BASIS SINCE 1847.
