THE WEST AFRICAN HEALTH CARE ASSESSMENT MISSION (WA-HCAM. THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED AS AN INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH CARE OPERATION IN WEST AFRICA FOR U.S.-BASED HEALTH CARE WORKERS WITH A FOCUS ON PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, SICKLE CELL ANEMIA HEALTH CARE AND PUBLIC HEALTH FOR THOSE WITH A SPECIAL INTEREST IN THESE ASPECTS OF HEALTH CARE.
THE ROOTS RECORD ROAD RALY (RRRR) - IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACE PARTNER DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS, THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO COMMEMORATE THE 400TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE AND TO HIGHLIGHT EFFORTS OF GRASSROOTS NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR DEVELOPMENT WORK IN THE REGION
