THE EL SEGUNDO EDUCATION FOUNDATION REPRESENTS A PARTNERSHIP OF BUSINESSES, INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE PROGRAMS OF THE EL SEGUNDO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION.

ESUSD SUPPORT PROGRAMS PROVIDE FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR OVER 3,400 KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE STUDENTS OF EL SEGUNDO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.


EL SEGUNDO EDUCATION FOUNDATION'S WASC (WESTERN ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES) ACCREDITED SUMMER ACADEMY PROGRAM PROVIDES ACADEMIC AND ENRICHMENT COURSES TO ALL LEVELS OF STUDENTS OF EL SEGUNDO AND NEIGHBORING CITIES.


SEASIDE STRINGS IS AN INSTRUMENTAL STRINGS PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO ALL 3RD THROUGH 8TH GRADE STUDENTS IN THE ESUSD. THIS FEE-BASED, AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM IS AN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY, OFFERED ONCE A WEEK ACROSS TWO SEMESTERS.
