THE CHRCL PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFIT LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS THAT OFFER FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO INDIGENT PEOPLE. THE CHRCL'S WORK IS FOUCUSED ON THE LEGAL HUMAN, CIVIL AND CONSTITUIONAL RIGHTS OF PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS INCLUDING IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES, CHILDRENAND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES.
