THE CHRCL PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFIT LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS THAT OFFER FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO INDIGENT PEOPLE. THE CHRCL'S WORK IS FOCUSED ON THE LEGAL HUMAN,CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS INCLUDING IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES, CHILDREN AND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES.
