THE CHRCL PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO NON-PROFIT LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS THAT OFFER FREE LEGAL SERVICES TO INDIGENT PEOPLE. THE CHRCL'S WORK IS FOUCUSED ON THE LEGAL HUMAN, CIVIL AND CONSTITUIONAL RIGHTS OF PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS INCLUDING IMMIGRANTS, REFUGEES, CHILDRENAND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES. THE CHRCL'S SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPRT FOR AND PARTICIPATION IN MAJOR LITIGATION AIMEDD TO PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF SIGNIFICANT NUMBERS OF VULNERABLE INDIGENT PEOPLE, ADVOCACY WORK AND SUPPORT,TRAINING OF LEGAL PROGRAMS' STAFF AND COMMUNITY-BASED ADVOCATES, PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS ABOUT THE RIGHTS VULNERABLE INDIGENT POPULATIONS AND PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTIONS OF MATERIALS CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IMPACTING ON INDIGENT POPULATIONS.
