Part 3

TEAM DEL SOLTHE OBJECTIVE OF THE SYNCHRONIZED SKATING PROGRAM SHALL BE TO FIELD NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE SYNCHRONIZED SKATING TEAMS. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES SKILLS PRACTICES, CHOREOGRAPHY, TRAINING MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK, TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE COMPETITIONS INCLUDING PACIFIC COAST SECTIONALS AND U.S. SYNCHRONIZED SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS.


SKATE LA GRANDEANNUALLY HELD FIGURE SKATING COMPETITION HELD ON ONE WEEKEND BRINGING IN COMPETITORS FROM AROUND THE SOUTHWEST TO SAN DIEGO AS ONE OF THE FIRST COMPETITIONS IN THE SEASON AS PART OF THE PROCESS TO PREPARED FOR QUALIFYING COMPETITIONS LATER IN THE COMPETITIVE SEASON.


TESTINGTEST SESSIONS HELD MONTHLY FOR SKATERS TO QUALIFY FOR HIGHER COMPETITIVE LEVELS. U.S. FIGURE SKATING QUALIFIED JUDGES USED TO EVALUATE SKILLS OF EACH SKATER MEETING THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXECUTION OF PRESCRIBE SKILLS.
