ASSISTANCE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO DIVERSE POPULATION OF CLIENTS PRIMARILY LIVING IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA, AS WELL AS THOSE CLIENTS WHO ARE LIVING IN OTHER STATES.

DEVELOPING AND EXTENDING OUR EXISTING PROGRAMS/SERVICES TO CURRENT AND TO FUTURE CLIENTS, WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OR OF DOMESTIC ABUSE, AS WELL AS THEIR DEPENDENT MINOR CHILDREN AND THEIR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS, AS IT IS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL LAW:" VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT", AS WELL AS CORRESPONDING STATE LAW, SUPPORTED BY COUNTY AND CITY CODES, AS AND WHEN APPLICABLE.
ASSISTANCE SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENTS ON SITE, IN THE COURT, AND IN ASSISTANCE OF PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR TRIAL IN CRIMINAL, CIVIL AND IN FAMILY COURTS, AS WELL AS ASSISTANCE IN, AND WITH THE APPLICABLE USBCIS PROCESSES. PROVIDE NEEDED SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE SERVICES TO CLIENTS, AS APPLICABLE, TO CLIENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN A CRISIS SITUATION, AS WELL AS TO THOSE CLIENTS WHO ARE IN A STAGE OF A PROCESS OF RECOVERY.
DEVELOP GUIDANCE AND PRESENTATIONS, ESTABLISH THE BEST PRACTICES PROCESS, THAT BETTER ENABLES CLIENTS TO FOCUS ON, AND TO MORE EFFECTIVELY ACHIEVE THE PREVENTION OF, AND TO RECOVER FROM "CRISIS SITUATION " IN WHICH THEY ARE, OR WERE IN. THUS DEVELOPING CLIENT'S SKILLS IN BREAKING THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE, AND AS A RESULT GREATLY REDUCING THE CHANCE OF RE-VICTIMIZATION OF THESE SAME CLIENTS IN THE FUTURE, AND IN THE LONG TERM.
