THE ORGANIZATION'S NON-PARTISAN MISSION IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIC LEADERSHIP THROUGH LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZING WORK IN ORDER TO IMPROVE COMMUNITIES, CREATE POLICY, AND BUILD CONSTITUENCIES OF ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN THE PUBLIC BUSINESS OF OUR CITIES, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION'S LEADERS LEARN TO BUILD EMPOWERING COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS IN NEIGHBORHOODS AND CITIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.
