PET CARE SERVICES:FINANCIAL SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE TO LOW/FIXED INCOME PET GUARDIANS INCLUDING THE DISABLED, SENIORS AND INDIVIDUAL RESCUERS FOR SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES TO HELP ELIMINATE PET OVERPOPULATION AND FOR VETERINARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES FOR SICK/INJURED PETS.THESE SERVICES CONTINUED TO BE AFFECTED BY RISING COSTS AND DIFFICULTY GETTING VETERINARY APPOINTMENTS.
