THE ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON PROPERTY WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING 37.6 MILES OF ROAD. THE DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF 3,107 IMPROVED AND UNIMPROVED LOTS LOCATED IN WEED, CALIFORNIA. THE ASSOCIATION'S MAJOR SOURCE OF REVENUE IS SEMI-ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS TO PROPERTY OWNERS.
