JAPANESE COMMUNITY PIONEER CENTER PROVIDES SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS, EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, AND CULTURAL CLASSES IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES'S LITTLE TOKYO AREA.
