TRADITIONALLY SIX TO NINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM WORKSHOPS ARE PROVIDED EACH YEAR TO PHYSICIAN MEMBERS AND THEIR STAFF TO MEET THE NEED OF CONTINUAL UPDATES TO THE MEDICAL PRACTICE MANDATES REGARDING HIPAA, OSHA, MEDICAL INSURANCE CODING, MEDICARE, LABOR LAWS, HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND RISK MANAGEMENT AS IT RELATES TO PATIENT SERVICES.
PROVIDE EDUCATION TO PHYSICIANS REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF UNCOMPENSATED CARE REVENUES, KEEP PHYSICIANS INFORMED ABOUT PUBLIC HEALTH POLICIES, PANDEMIC MANDATES AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES.
