MEMBERSHIP- GOAL FOR MEMBERSHIP IS TO SUPPLY BUILDING OWNERS, PROPERTY MANAGERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AND ORGANIZATIONS WHERE THEY CAN CONTINUE TO LEARN, UPDATE AND NETWORK WITH THEIR PEERS. THE ASSOCIATION HAD OVER 400 MEMBERS IN 2021.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT- OUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PORTION OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE UP TO DATE PERTINENT INFORMATION IN THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. THIS INCLUDES DESIGNATION CLASSES THAT PROVIDE A DESIGNATION TO THOSE WISHING TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION, REGIONAL EVENTS THAT DEAL WITH EVERYDAY TENANT / OWNER TOPICS, A TRADE SHOW FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS TO NETWORK WITH THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
