IT IS THE MISSION OF OUR PTA TO ENGAGE PARENTS IN THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES OF THE SCHOOL STAFF BY PROVIDING MONETARY AND LOGISTIC SUPPORT TO EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SUCH AS MISSION'S SIGNATURE FIELD EDUCATION PROGRAM, MUSIC, THEATER AND FINE ARTS AND PARENT VOLUNTEERISM. IN ADDITION, THE MISSIONPTA WORKS TO FOSTER A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF LIFE-LONG LEARNERS AT THE SCHOOL WITH FAMILY EVENTS SUCH AS BACK TO SCHOOL PICNIC, ALL-SCHOOL MUSICAL, AND "FAMILY FUN" EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

MANAGED BY GRADE LEVEL, EACH ACCOUNT IS OVERSEEN AND AUDITED TWICE YEARLY BY A PTA VOLUNTEER WHO MUST ALSO BE A SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEE. ALL REVENUES AND EXPENSES ARE REPORTED ANNUALLY ON MISSION PTA FINANCIALS.
SCHOOL SUPPORT - EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND EVENTS
