FOOD AND NUTRITION PROGRAM) TO PROVIDE AFTER-SCHOOL LIGHT SUPPERSAND SNACKS TO AT-RISK YOUTH IN AN EDUCATIONAL AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM. CEI PURCHASES THEFOOD AND DELIVERS TO APPROVED SITES AND IS REIMBURSED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE MEALS DURING THE ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR. IN ADDITION, FOOD WAS ALSO PROVIDED TO VARIOUS SITES BY OUTSIDE VENDORS WHO WERE CONTRACTED WITH FOR THE COST OF MEALS AND DELIVERY.
