THE FOUNDATION HAS AN ESTABLISHED RECORD OF MAKING GRANTS TO HUNDREDS INDIVIDUALS. THE FOUNDATION HAS REDUCED THE BURDEN UPON THE GOVERNMENT BY SUPPORTING GROUPS THAT PROVIDED COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND SERVICES WHICH INCREASE AWARENESS AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
