TO STUDY PROBLEMS IN THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AREA AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVES IN THE AREAS OF HEALTHCARE, ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE AND SERVICE.

WELL-BEING WEBINAR SERIES: THE FOUNDATION HOSTED AN ELEVEN-PART VIRTUAL WELL-BEING SERIES PRESENTED BY THE DUKE CENTER FOR HEALTHCARE SAFETY AND QUALITY. THE SERIES COVERED EVIDENCE-BASED TOOLS AND STRATEGIES FOR WELL-BEING AMONG HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS TO IMPLEMENT FOR THEMSELVES AND WITH THEIR TEAMS. OVER 100 HOSPITAL LEADERS AND HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION STAFF ATTENDED THE SERIES.THIS PROGRAM SERVICE WAS INACTIVE DURING THE CURRENT YEAR.


WORKFORCE ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN: THE FOUNDATION COMMISSIONED A RESEARCH PROJECT TO IDENTIFY AND DESCRIBE POST-PANDEMIC HEALTH CARE WORKFORCE CAPACITY BARRIERS AND SOLUTIONS IN OREGON. THE CONSULTANTS CONDUCTED STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS AND REVIEWED DATA TO DEVELOP AN ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN. THE REPORT INCLUDED A CROSSWALK OF VARIOUS OREGON WORKFORCE-RELATED INITIATIVES AND PUBLIC POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS.THIS PROGRAM SERVICE WAS INACTIVE DURING THE CURRENT YEAR.
