TO PROVIDE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT SUPPORT SERVICES, CRISIS INTERVENTION AND EDUCATION TO OUR COMMUNITY.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINED A SAFE HOUSE THAT SHELTERED MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN DURING THE YEAR. THEY ALSO PROVIDED SERVICES TO 147 VICTIMS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDED TRANSPORTATION FOR VICTIMS TO SAFE SHELTER, APPOINTMENTS, AND COURT OR OTHER LOCATIONS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL PEER COUNSELING SESSIONS AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER ASSISTANCE AND ADVOCACY IN COURT.


THE RAPE CRISIS PROGRAM PROVIDED NON-RESIDENTIAL SEXUAL ASSAULT SUPPORT SERVICES TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN, HELPING OBTAIN TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDERS AND ADVOCACY IN COURT. THEY PROVIDED CRISIS INTERVENTION IN APPROXIMATELY 46 CASES OF SEXUAL ASSAULT.


THE XC VICTIMS OF CRIME PROGRAM - NON-RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF OTHER CRIMES. SUPPORT INCLUDES CRISIS INTERVENTION, EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS, LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND STUDENTS, EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER ASSISTANCE AND ADVOCACY IN COURT. THEY PROVIDED CRISIS INTERVENTION TO 88 VICTIMS OF CRIME.
