ORGANIZE AND CONDUCTED 3 MAJOR AND SEVERAL LOCAL CYCLING EVENTS SERVICING OVER 2,000 PARTICIPANTS. IN MAY THE CLUB ORGANIZED THE DAVIS DOUBLE CENTURY RIDE. THIS YEAR WE WERE ABLE TO RESUME A FULL IN PERSON EVENT DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS BEING LIFTED. IN OCTOBER WE HELD THE FOXY FALL CENTURY RIDE WHERE ABOUT 900 RIDERS DID ONE OF THREE COURSES RIDING THROUGH SCENIC AREAS OF YOLO, SOLANO AND NAPA COUNTIES. WE AGAIN HELD A MARCH EVENT TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO RESUME RIDING. THE CLUB ALSO HELD A MODIFIED BREVET SERIES WHICH ARE LONG DISTANCE QUALIFYING RIDES LEADING TO BEING ABLE TO ENTER A FRENCH RIDE HELD EVERY FOUR YEARS. THE CLUB PUTS ON SMALL GROUP RIDES ALMOST EVERY DAY. THE CLUB SPONSORS A RACE TEAM, HOWEVER, RACING IN THE US HAS BEEN VERY SLOW TO COME BACK FROM COVID AND WE WERE UNABLE TO HOLD OUR ANNUAL RACE IN DOWNTOWN DAVIS.
