KINGS VIEW-CABRINI CENTER, INC. FORMERLY HELD AND OPERATED A SHELTER HOME FOR WOMEN IN ADDICTION RECOVERY AND THEIR CHILDREN (BENEFITTING APPROXIMATELY 25 PERSONS ANNUALLY, WHILE IN OPERATION). ON JULY 23, 2015, ALL CABRINI ASSETS THAT WERE HELD FOR SALE AT JUNE 30, 2015 WERE SOLD FOR $260,000. THE MORTGAGE PAYABLE RELATING TO THE ASSETS HELD FOR SALE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY PAID-OFF WITH THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE. AS A RESULT OF SELLING OPERATING ASSETS, CABRINI TRANSFERRED ALL REMAINING ASSETS TO KINGS VIEW CORPORATION AS OF 3/31/2019. HOWEVER, THE PROCESS OF FORMAL DISSOLUTION WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF CALIFORNIA WAS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL 1/29/2020. THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF CALIFORNIA DECLARED FORMAL DISSOLUTION AS OF 2/24/2020. THEREFORE THE STATE PROCESS FOR DISSOLUTION IS NOW COMPLETE, AND THIS IS THE FINAL RETURN.
