TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS COMBINING SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL STABILIZATION AND TREATMENT WITH FOLLOW-ALONG COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES DESIGNED TO QUICKLY RECONNECT YOUTH TO THEIR FAMILIES, SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES.
TO PROVIDE QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS MENTAL HEALTH RELATED SERVICES INCLUDING INITIAL ASSESSMENT, INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY, PLAN DEVELOPMENT, MEDICATION EVALUATION AND SUPPORT.
